You talk as though prayer is a tool to fix a problem that it has power and if it doesn't work and you don't get what you want then it's useless. Personally I like talking to God. He was the only friend I had when I was DF. For those who will claim I am simply talking to myself that it is soliloquy I offer the following poem

I know. what we call Chinglish. I will reword it, but what I would like is a Latin phrase that says essentially the same thing. Give the college a touch of class Any help would be much appreciated Bob

I met one in the field service encouraged her to come to meetings which she did ... the elders were pissed off when I did this...that she didn't come of her own initiative ...apparently she was supposed to crawl back ...needless to say she only attended 3 meetings after the loving Shepard's (puke) got involved ...so much for the parable of leaving the 99 to find the lost sheep. No I didn't shun even had one around for dinner with my family to encourage him. Horrors I ate with a condemned sinner. Now where did I get such a notion?

i missed this point the first time i read ray franz's book " crisis of conscience " 3 years ago.

but it leaped off the page at me the second time around reading it this time.

on page 28 in discussing how secretive the gb meetings are and only rarely will an outsider be let in to gb meetings to give a report- then were sent away out of the room so the gb could continue meeting in secret.. franz in discussing financial issues states on pg.
